ACCOMMODATION POLICY MK-THEA & PANORAMA APARTMENTS
1. RESERVATIONS:

When making a reservation in our accommodation, you are required to have full knowledge and unconditional acceptance of the accommodation, reservation, payment and cancellation policies.
The prices are in euros, per accommodation (room) and per night and require a stay of at least four (4) nights for the rooms PANORAMA as respectively for the apartment MK-THEA.
The published prices of each stay (room or house) include VAT 13% and all legal taxes, except the residence tax which amounts to 0.50 € (EURO) per night and by law is priced separately and can be changed without notice.
Customers must inform in writing or by phone the exact time of arrival at the accommodation so that those in charge can meet their needs.
Our company reserves the right to change the prices listed on the website, at any time without any additional information to customers

2. ADVANCE PAYMENT AND PAYMENTS:
For the complete finalization of your reservation, 100% of the total value of your stay must be prepaid, through the following applications available on our website PAYPAL and STRIPE for the fastest and safest transfer of your money.
The accommodations have the possibility of issuing invoices as soon as a customer wishes upon arrival and after having previously informed the managers by text message (e-mail) or by phone.
The property manager reserves the right to cancel a booking if the payment information is invalid.
For non-refundable reservations, the full amount of the reservation will be charged at the same time as the booking confirmation, while any modification and cancellation are not allowed.

3. BOOKING CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS:
The management of the rented rooms urges the customers to inform in time by written (e-mail) or telephone communication for any changes or cancellations concerning their reservation as soon as possible.
In case of cancellation, our accommodation policy is as follows:

In case of cancellation of the reservation more than 28 days before the scheduled arrival, there is no financial charge and entails the return of any deposit by the accommodation.

For cancellations of bookings less than 28 to 7 days before the scheduled arrival, the customer is charged 50% of the total stay according to the details of his booking.

For cancellation of the reservation less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival, the customer is charged 100% of the total stay.

In case of cancellation on arrival, during the stay or for no show at the place of residence (no show), the customer is charged 100% of his stay based on the details of his reservation.
In exceptional cases accommodation has the right to cancel your reservation or change it if necessary. In this case, the company is obliged to return the full amount you have paid for your reservation. The reservation concerns a specific type of room for the duration of your stay.

4. ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE:

Upon arrival at the accommodation, you must have the reservation code, your ID or your passport.

Unless otherwise stated in your booking details, check-in time is set at 2:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

Our accommodations do not allow departures later than the check-out time (11:00 am)

5. CHILDREN'S POLICY:

All infants and children up to 3 years old can be accommodated in the rooms of our accommodation upon timely request and relevant confirmation from our accommodation for the provision of a baby cot.

Children over 5 years are counted as extra people and need to choose a room type that meets the needs of the respective people without any extra charge for the nights in that room.

All children staying in accommodation must be accompanied and placed under the constant supervision of an adult.

6. Smoking policy:

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of our accommodation. All rooms are equipped with smoke sensors.
Smoking is allowed in the outdoor areas of each room, as well as in public areas.

7. Pet Policy:
Pets are not allowed in any part of our accommodation.
In case you come with a pet to the premises of the accommodation, without prior notice and without our consent, then the person in charge of the accommodation has the right to refuse your stay, retaining the claim to charge the full value of your scheduled reservation.

8. Customer behaviour:
Guests must not be disturbed, must follow the rules of social decency, behave politely and respect the premises, other tenants and managers. Also, tenants must comply with our accommodation regulations. In case the behaviour of a tenant contradicts the above rules, those in charge of the accommodation have the right to refuse the stay of the person on his premises, without any obligation on their part to pay compensation.

9. Damage / Damage:
In the event of property damage/damage to property inside or outside the property due to fraud, will or negligence, the property reserves the right to charge the amount of damage suffered, including the financial valuation of the damage suffered as a result of the interruption. of the activities. 10. Force Majeure:

11. Limitation of Liability:

Each customer is responsible throughout their stay at the hotel for the safe storage of personal and/or valuables, money, etc. Also, there is NO possibility of storage and safekeeping by those in charge of the accommodation. For the other items that he brings with him to the accommodations of each customer, the accommodations as well as the person in charge are released from any liability, if the damage or loss is due to the negligence of the customer or other persons who stay with him, visit him or are in service of. Also, the accommodation is not responsible, if the damage, destruction or loss is due to force majeure (earthquake, fire, etc.) or to the special nature of the thing.

12. Accuracy of Information:
The customer acknowledges that the accommodation has made every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of the information contained on the site, its advertisements and its website, and acknowledges that the apartments and landscapes depicted may differ slightly from the reality and that this occurs due to the technical processing of the images.
